Day to day itinerary

DAY 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1300m)
 
Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m), transfer Hotel, Annapurna base camp trekking briefing with officially arrangements. Overnight at Kathmandu guest house.
 
DAY 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara (900 m) by tourist bus about 7 hours driving
 
The Holiday Alpine Trekking staff will pick you up at the hotel at morning and to the bus station. The bus to Pokhara leaves at around 7:30am. Take the beautiful views of the mountains and local areas from the bus. After reaching the Pokhara Then have some rest and then take the view of beautiful lake and magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, fishtail (Machhapuchhare) and five peaks of Annapurna. You can also explore the local places and their cultures. Stay overnight at the hotel in Pokhara.

Note: we also can fly to Pokhara by airplane it takes 30 min
 
DAY 03: Drive to Nayapul (1,010m) about 1 hour and trek to Tikhedunga (1,570m) 3 hrs walking
 
Our trek began from Nayapul after a 1-hour drive on a private vehicle from Pokhara. After a short 15-minute walk along the banks of the Modi Khola, we reach Birethanti (1,015m) a large village with many shops and teahouses. Then start trek to Tikhedhunga. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 04: Tikhedunga to Ghorepani (2,840m) about  5-6 hours walking
 
Today our trek starts long uphill with steeply ascends on the long stone steps to Ulleri village with the amazing landscape and such a beautiful Rhododendron forest. You can enjoy the fantastic views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range after a few hours of walk from Banthanti. The natural beauty over this place is admirable. Ghorepani is also one of the most popular viewpoints in Nepal. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 05: Ghorepani to Tadapani (2675m) about 6 hours walking 
 
Today early morning we walk up to Poonhill (3200m) see the panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Thukche Peak, Nilgiri, Varaha Shikhar Machhapuchhare (Mt. Fishtail), Lamjung Himalayan ranges as well as sunrise over the numerous snowcapped Mountains. And come back down to a hotel and get the things and walk to Tadapani. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 06: Tadapani (2675m) to Chomrong (2170m) about 5 hours  walking
 
Today our trails go normally downhill. After you descend 460 meters down you will reach Chhomorong which is most beautiful village. Chomrong is a beautiful village located on the lap of the giant Annapurna massive. It's a typical Gurung village. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 07:  Chomrong to Dovan (2500m) about 4 hours walking
 
Today the trail drops down to the Chhomrong Khola. Climbing high above the Modi Khola on its western banks, the trails pass through forests of bamboo, rhododendron and oak. Today our trek keeping always on the west side of the river. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 08: Dovan to Deurali (3230m) about 4-5 hours walking
 
Today our trek starts with a gentle gradual ascent following the trail above the river through thick bamboo, oak and rhododendron forests. It’s really pleasant hereabouts on our way to the Annapurna Base Camp. The first town you reach is Himalaya Hotel (2920m). Beyond it, the trail steeply ascends up to Hinko Cave (3160m), this is named so because it’s a huge overhanging rock which provides some protection against rain and avalanches. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 09 :  Deurali to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700) about 4-5 hours walking
 
Today we start to trek to Machhapuchhare Base Camp. The further hike to Machhapuchre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous but the unfolding views of the majestic Machhapuchre are certainly a rewarding experience. At this juncture, we enjoy the views of Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gangapurna and, of course, the Fishtail or Machhapuchhare itself. Overnight at Machhapuchre Base camp. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 10:  Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) 2-3 hours walking
 
Today wake up to Annapurna Base Camp. This is the quite short day so in the afternoon you can enjoy the view of the mountain and walk up to the little farther. You will see the panoramic view of mountains. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 11:  Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2310m) about 6 hours walking 
 
We follow the same trail down today the trail drops by 1,700m to the bank of the Modi Khola to Bamboo. Heading back down to the valley is much easier than climbing up. We will see the waterfalls that drop down from a high point to the rocks below. We further pass through the forests with great views of Fishtail and Hiunchuli mountains. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 12:  Bamboo to Jhinu Dada (1760m) about 6 hours walking
 
Today trail goes up and down and you will reach the place called Jhinudanda. 15 minutes walk down from the chin there is a hot spring nearby Modi river. Today we will have an opportunity to enjoy hot springs just 15-min walk from Jhinu Danda. Stay overnight in Lodge.
 
DAY 13:  Jhinu Dada to Naya Pul about 6 hours and to Pokhara 1 hour driving
 
From Jhinu hot springs we walk at the right side of Modi Khola for 4.5 hrs to Birethanti which can be considered one of the best and the most relaxing walks of the entire trek Further, after about an hour's trek from Birethanti, we will be at Naya Pul. The trek ends at Naya Pul. From Naya Pul, we drive in a public transportation and reach Pokhara within an hour.
 
Day 14: Pokhara city tour
 
Early morning we wake up and drive to Sarangkot to see for the sunrise and a view of the Himalayas. Sight-seeing half day in Pokhara Valley. Spend few hours in Lakeside and go for one hour boating in Phewa Lake. Stay Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu (1,345m) by Tourist Bus about 6 -7 hours driving or fly back to Kathmandu by airplane about 25 min (as your choice) (If we prefer plane then we can visit Kathmandu city tour same day and we save one day)
 
Day 16: in Kathmandu city tour abd the rest of our time in Kathmandu is free for further exploration and some last-minute shopping in Thamel area nearby your hotel. Stay overnight in hotel.
 
Day 17: Depart from Kathmandu
 
 
Note: If you have time to stay in Nepal we will arrange you accordingly such as a Chitwan jungle safari tour, Lumbini, Pokhara, Nagarkot tour, Rafting etc.
